We’re all spending a lot of our time at Home lately, what does the notion of ‘Home’ mean to you?

To me home is a safe space with my family. No matter where we are, if I’m with them, I am home.


What are you currently listening to / reading / watching?

Watching - 9 perfect strangers, and Euphoria (again!) 
Music - Nostalgia Killer - Vol.1 on Spotify 
Podcast - You’re Wrong About (the hosts are so fab!)


Do you have any tips for keeping a positive mindset during 2021?

I think focusing on gratitude for what we do still have and making time to exercise. It will make you feel so so good & we need those endorphins more than ever! You could also use this downtime to plan for some future dreams!


What does an average day look like for you?

We start each day off our phones & straight into our fun morning routine! Most days I’ll spend some time shooting content for brand collaborations, lots of playtime with my baby girl Gigi, catching up on emails, editing photos, and then we try to end each day by the sea. A walk & a swim, and a beautiful moment of still to watch the sunset.


Morning routine?

We roll out of bed & head straight for the coffee machine ( I thank my lucky stars everyday that Jamie was once a barista - coco cap please! )
We put on a record, burn some incense & make Gigi her brekky
Some form of movement, at home pilates or a beach walk
A moment for gratitude & breathing
Shower & get ready for the day!


What are your favourite pieces from ÉSS THE LABEL’s new collection, Banksia?

I love the Sophia Maxi Dress, such a sweet flattering shape, made from the softest material. The Lilian Leather Pants are another fave, such a cool wardrobe staple & the straight-leg cut is perfection!


We find endless inspiration on your feed, how have you found transitioning into motherhood?  

Thank you so much! Nothing can truly prepare you for this huge (very special) life change. The transition has felt so natural & also so challenging at the same time. Becoming a mum was always my dream & it’s exceeded my expectations by far. The love you feel is just…. wow.


What does your perfect weekend involve?

Friends, Family, The Ocean & Margaritas !
