HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Spliceboutique.com.au is designed to make shopping for your favourite designer products a breeze! Simply choose from one of the dropdown menu options : SHOP BY LABEL, SHOP BY STYLE, SHOP ACCESSORIES, SALE or GIFT VOUCHERS to navigate to your chosen item/s. Select your size and click on ADD TO BAG. Once you have completed your shopping, go to the CHECKOUT. You will then create an account, enter your details and pay with your credit card through PayPal to complete the purchase.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASES?
Your order will be processed and sent the same day if your order is received by 3pm Monday to Friday.
You may select from Overnight Express options within Australia (overnight, sometimes 2 days if West coast); Off Peak option within Australia (allow up to 5 working days) and International Registered Post, (allow up to two weeks). Timing is guideline only as we cannot be held accountable for cicumstances with post, traffic, customs etc once your item has shipped.
During COVID -19 please be aware that additional delays will occur with Standard, Express and International Shipping.
The Australia Post website can give more detailed information on delays in your country during this pandemic.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
We are so sorry if this happens.. Please contact us by phone on +61 (02) 9905 - 0790 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve your problem immediately. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
For all RETURN REQUESTS please contact email@example.com and your return will be responded to Tuesday's and Thursday's between 9am and 5pm.
Please note: During COVID-19 and current health restrictions in place, there may be a delay in receiving your email reply.
WHAT ARE THE EXCHANGE POLICIES?
A full refund for items paid in full RRP. We do not refund on sale, discounted or promotional items, but will happily offer you with an exchange for change of mind OR issue you with a store credit note which is valid for 3 months. Our Exchange policy is within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to except goods that are not in their original sale condition. All swing tags must be on your item. The cost of the return freight is the responsibility of the customer. We ask that all returns are sent via Registered Express Post with a signature on arrival. We do not exchange or offer a store credit for any item that is a sale item.
ANY ITEM PURCHASED AT 51% OFF OR MORE IS A FINAL SALE ITEM AND WILL NOT BE EXCEPTED FOR RETURN OR CREDIT.
CAN I USE A STORE CREDIT NOTE OR GIFT CARD ONLINE?
Yes you can! You may use your online credit note or e-gift card at our online store. Just enter the code at the checkout. Credit notes and gift cards issue instore may not be used online. They may only be used at either our Freshwater store or our Newport store. For further information about credit notes and gift cards, please see Order & Returns.
DO WE OFFER ONLINE LAYBY?
No we do not offer online lay-by on our e-boutique.
We offer AfterPay and ZipPay at checkout.
DOES SPLICE BOUTIQUE OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes we do. We offer international shipping of $25 flat rate.
DURING COVID-19 our International Shipping is EXPRESS SHIPPING ONLY and is $30 at checkout.
DO WE OFFER SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA?
Yes we do. Our shipping charge for domestic delivery is $12 flat rate via Aust Post Express E-Parcel (signature on arrival) or Off Peak ($6, Free over $200) allow up to 5 working days.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES OR TAXES ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Splice boutique can not be held responsible for any extra charges that may be applied to your item by customs. The responsibilities for any custom duties, foreign taxes and charges or any other fees which may be imposed will test with the customer.
