You can now shop all our Splice Boutique Shop Stock 24/7 via Splice Boutique Online!
Simply select your style and size at any location (Newport or Freshwater) and at checkout choose your shipping method.
You can select from: pick up at the same location where stock is located, transfer to another Splice boutique for collection, or send via off peak, express post or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for courier options.
Please note if you are selecting items at various locations, please add one day to your shipping time to allow for consolidation of the items at our warehouse, and another if you are collecting at a Splice Boutique Location.
Please note the Warriewood location is a warehouse and is a collection point only via our customer service, there is no retail changeroom service.
Australia Post Shipping Options, Trackable and Signature on Delivery/ Authority to Leave
For all deliveries within Australia you may select from Overnight Express Post ($12.00 inc GST, FREE for orders over $300); Off Peak Post (Allow up to 5 working days, $6.00 inc GST FREE for Orders Over $200) and For all International shipments, we charge a flat rate of $25 (FREE for orders over $350). All these charges allow for a parcel up to 22kg, so shop away!

Splice Boutique FREE Collection Locations
We also offer free collections of your online order at our Splice Boutique locations.
Your online order received by 3pm daily will still be processed, picked and packed through our online boutique and warehouse, however instead of being shipped out with Australia Post your parcel can be collected from our boutiques at a time convenient to you.
For our Splice Boutique Online Warriewood Warehouse location, your order can be collected after 3pm on the day you place your order, onwards. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
For our boutique locations of Freshwater and Newport; your order will be transferred to the boutique on a Wednesday or a Friday (which ever day follows your order day, for orders received up until 3pm daily).
Your order will then be available to collect in store on Wednesday 3pm onwards, 4pm onwards for Avalon; or Friday 3pm onwards, 4pm onwards for Avalon.
Orders placed after 3pm Tuesday, will roll over to the Friday collection day.
Orders placed after 3pm Thursday, will roll over to the Wednesday collection day.
This is due to order cut offs, and to allow for transfers to be collected from the warehouse and shipped out to the applicable store.
More store transfer days will be added in future, however please contact email@example.com if you require your order outside of these delivery days and we will see if we can include your order in a potential ad-hoc store transfer.

Please note items ordered online are still picked, packed and transferred from our online warehouse, unfortunately stock cannot be taken from the boutique floor to fulfill your order earlier than the collection times above due to issues with inventory discrepancies.
Please ask our staff in store if you wish to purchase an item from the boutique floor using Afterpay via Splice Boutique, Online.
Our head office staff can then manually add the item to our online boutique inventory, in order to process the order immediately "live" with you in store using Afterpay, so you may then take the item with you. Please note this option is currently only available during the head office hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Please note returns of your online order collected in store or bought in store using Afterpay, cannot be processed in store and must be returned to our online warehouse for processing due to the administration required. Please follow the instructions on the rear of your invoice for returning an item ordered online, or log in to your online account, select "My Returns" and "Request a Return (top right in red) or call +612 9997 5009 during business hours or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Delivery for orders placed by 3:00 P.M. Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped via Aust Post E-Parcel within Australia, or shipped via Registered Post International (length of time varies according to destination please allow up to 10 business days) that same day.
For orders placed after 3:00PM there is all likelihood, but no guarantee of same day despatch via overnight express within Australia or via Registered Post International.
If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched next business day.
For Splice Boutique FREE Collection locations, your order will be transferred on a Tuesday or Thursday, whichever transfer day most closely follows the day your order was placed (up until 3pm).
Your order will be transferred via courier to your selected boutique location and be available the following day from 10am onwards. Please note that we rely on an outside courier service to provide this free service to you and cannot be held accountable for delays, breakdowns, or failures to collect. Every possible action will be taken to notify and rectify a delay where possible if it occurs.
Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Splice Boutique will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please note: Splice Boutique cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.
