We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer 14 day returns from the dispatch date for all Australian Customers and 30 day returns from the dispatch date for all International Customers.


RETURNING CONDITION

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge;

FULL-PRICED

Full-priced items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit;

SALE ITEMS

Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event (inc. but not limited to Black Friday and Boxing Day events) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;

FINAL SALE

Item/s marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. These are items reduced 50% off or more. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge;

END OF SEASON SALE 

Orders placed with promotional code, EOSS20 are only eligible for a store credit or exchange; except if style has been reduced by 50% off or more this will be considered a Final Sale item and not eligible for a return; refund, store credit or exchange.

PROMOTIONAL CODE

Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our Welcome Offer) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange; This includes but is not limited to, Black Friday sales, flash sales and boxing day sales.

SWIM

All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, face masks, beauty products and lingerie can not be returned online or in boutique.


RETURN SHIPPING

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the return’s timeframe. Store-credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

Our online returns portal makes the returns process extremely easy for you. 

Australian Orders

If you would like to return an item:

  1. Visit our online returns portal to request a return HERE
  2. Select the items you'd like to return.
  3. Specify whether you would like to receive a refund to the original payment method, an exchange or a store credit. Return shipping is charged at a flat fee of $9 per return, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, opt for a store credit to receive a free return shipping label. If you choose to use our ‘SHOP NOW’ option, Splice Boutique will gift you an extra $10 for your spending. (Please note that the exchange option only applies when changing sizes of the item you have ordered, if you would like to exchange for an alternate colour or product you will need to use the shop now option. 
  4. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your pre-paid shipping label.
  5. Simply print the label, package your items and drop off at your nearest post office or street post box. You can use your original satchel to send the item/s back to us. Alternatively you can also show staff at Australia Post outlets your returns label and they will print it for you. 
  6. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that any shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount.

International Orders

If you would like to return an item:

  1. Visit our online returns portal to request a return.
  2. Select the items you'd like to return.
  3. Specify whether you would like to receive a refund to the original payment method, an exchange or a store credit. In Boutique Orders

Ensure you are lodging your return within 14 days of purchase.

Please note you can not refund orders purchased in boutique. This includes in store Afterpay. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Returns team returns@spliceboutique.com.au with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Any faulty items must be lodged within 7 days of receipt or faults will be considered wear and tear.
