Online Orders

National Customers (Australia):

Ensure you are lodging your return within 14 days of order dispatch. Please have your order number (refer your paper invoice or your emailed order confirmation) and the postcode we shipped to you ready as you will need these to log in. Follow the steps in the portal to request your exchange or return. Once your return authorisation has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label you can download and print. Please attach this label to your recyclable satchel and place in your nearest post box or office.

Use the portal for returns for exchanges, credits, refunds (please note a $9 charge is applied for the return shipping label for refund requests), faulty or expecting something else orders. All updates will occur via email.

International Customers (Worldwide):

Ensure you are lodging your return within 30 days of order dispatch.

If you consider shipping time to your destination to minimise this window, we recommend selecting express shipping for outbound and returns.

Please have your order number (refer your paper invoice or your emailed order confirmation) and the postcode we shipped to you ready as you will need these to log in. Follow the steps in the portal to request your exchange or return. Once your return authorisation has been created, you will then need to post back your order using the recyclable satchel we sent your order in and take it  to your nearest carrier office.

Due to different currencies, carriers, import/ export laws we cannot yet facilitate free return shipping for our international customers, but rest assured we are working on it!

ONLINE + IN BOUTIQUE PURCHASE AND RETURN POLICY

Return Timeline

Our Refund and Exchange policy is strictly within 14 days of delivery of your items (National customers only) or within 14 days of purchase in boutique.

International orders we allow a 30 day return window from date of dispatch.

If you consider shipping time to your destination to minimise this window, we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout and for international customers, on returns.

 

Return Eligibility of Your Order

Full priced (RRP) items purchased online without promotion or discount code are eligible for a refund (n/a in boutique purchases), exchange or a credit note (gift voucher) which is valid for 3 years from date of issue.

Items on sale up to 50% off RRP with or without any discount, promotional or welcome codes) can be returned only for on the spot exchange or a credit note (gift voucher) which is valid for 3 years from date of issue.

Items on final sale or more (51% off RRP with or without a discount, promotional or welcome code) can not be returned.

Items received as a FREE Gift With Purchase, Buy One Get One Free or Based on a Minimum Spend are eligible for return as follows:

- Available at check out during the promotional period only and while stock lasts only, if not added at checkout/ in boutique at time of purchase item cannot be added retrospectively to your order due to inventory monitoring.

- If an order is returned for credit or exchange, the gift can be kept by the customer unless otherwise specified.
- If an order is returned for refund, the gift must be returned unopened (If Splice sticker or barcode sticker has been broken it is ineligible for return); if broken, or not returned with items being refunded that take the total balance order value below the Gift With Purchase threshold; the purchase cost of the product will be deducted from the refund total.
 

No Refunds or Credit Notes for Shipments Delayed in Transit

During periods of promotion or sale, in extreme situations the above time lines may not apply due to unexpected or significantly increased levels in the number of orders and enquiries. Due to the full or a proportion of the actual real cost of shipping being subsidised by Splice Boutique, we do not refund or credit the selected cost of shipping, due to the other factors that may occur to delay an item once it has left our care.

 

Availability of Items

All orders are subject to availability. We will do our best to supply you with your ordered item. However, on occasion items may not be available. In this instance, we will be in touch and offer you  a replacement style, colour or size. pre-order the item or refund you for the price paid.

 

Important Items to Note

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, deliberate damage, are not in original sale condition, have not been returned with all swing tags or hygiene stickers, damaged packaging or do not meet the above criteria.

Faulty items are repaired, exchanged, refunded or credited on approval from the manufacturer, where possible strictly within seven (7) days of receipt of item. Faults reported after this period are considered wear and tear.

Splice Boutique is not liable for faulty stitching, zippers, fabric or incorrectly labelled or sized items and requests to investigate such is sent via the manufacturer. Allow a minimum of two weeks for this claim to be processed.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, face masks, beauty products and lingerie can not be returned online or in boutique.

Please consider purchasing these items carefully.

Swimwear must be tried on the first occasion over underwear, do not remove the hygiene sticker or swing tag as this will invalidate your order.
