Orders and Returns

ORDERING ONLINE AT SPLICEBOUTIQUE.COM.AU

To place an order simply choose from one of the dropdown menu options : SHOP BY LABEL, SHOP BY STYLE, SHOP ACCESSORIES, SALE or GIFT VOUCHERS to navigate to your chosen item/s. Select your size and click on ADD TO BAG.

Once you have completed your shopping, go to the CHECKOUT. You will then create an account, enter your details and pay with your credit card through PayPal or credit card to complete the purchase. You may select the express check out option, or conduct the checkout by following the 4 steps.

We endeavour to process your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order if received before 3pm Monday to Friday. If your order is received after 3pm Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day (Monday). During sale periods, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow minimum 3-5 business days for delivery.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For full priced items, we will happily offer you a refund, exchange or a credit note which is valid for 3 months from date of issue.

For sale, promotional or discounted items, we do not refund for change of mind (size, style, timing or fit); we will however offer a credit note or exchange. This does not apply to items marked at 51% off and above - these items are strictly final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

e-boutique credit notes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in our boutiques or concession. Credit notes issued in store cannot be redeemed online.

Our Refund and Exchange policy is strictly within 14 days of purchase by first requesting an authorisation to return via your Splice Boutique online Account, simply log in to your account, follow the steps and await approval of the return to be emailed to you. You then have 14 days to return the item from date of approval.

A full refund excluding postage will be issued once the item is received and assessed if faulty.

We are unable to accept goods that are not in their original sale condition. All swing tags must be on your item.

Faulty items are refunded or exchanged on approval from the manufacturer and where possible, a replacement will be sent pending approval from the manufacturer. Splice Boutique is not liable for faulty stitching, zippers, fabric or incorrectly labelled or sized items and requests to investiagate such is sent via the manufacturer. Allow a minimum of two weeks for this claim to be processed.

SALE ITEMS

We are happy to offer an exchange for another item, or issue an e-Boutique credit note (valid for three months from the date of issue) for any item that is sold as a sale item online. There are strictly No Refunds on sale items for change of mind ((size, style, timing or fit).

"Sale Items" are listed as anything other than a full Recommended Retail Price Paid and thus include percentage discounts, dollar discounts, promotional codes, flash sales, gift with purchase, buy one get one free, etc. etc.

Items listed under "final sale" are drastically reduced and late season stock and therefore cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged unless assessed as faulty (faulty as otherwise listed).

Items on sale at or more than 51% off RRP or equating to or more than 60% off with a promotional code are final sale and can not be returned.
Items on sale at or up to 50% off can be exchanged for a credit note or exchanged for another item, there is strictly no refunds on sale items.

During periods of promotion or sale, in extreme situations the above time lines may not apply due to unexpected or significantly increased levels in the number of orders and enquiries. Due to a proportion of the actual real cost of shipping being subsidised by Splice Boutique, we cannot refund or credit the selected cost of shipping, due to the other factors that may occur to delay an item once it has left our care.

FREIGHT

Orders received prior to 3pm Monday to Friday will be priorotised and sent the same day, if overnight express post is selected.

Order where postage is selected as off-peak or FREE (for orders over $200) ship standard freight, allow up to 5 working days for the east coast of Australia (WA & SA customers may also require shipping over the weekend to reach their destination).

International shipping timelines is a guideline only, due to several suppliers managing international deliveries and import, tax, duties and factors that may affect shipping country specific, we cannot be held responsible or liable for items that ship outside of the 10 working day guideline.

During periods of promotion or sale, in extreme situations the above time lines may not apply due to unexpected or significantly increased levels in the number of orders and enquiries. Due to a proportion of the actual real cost of shipping being subsidised by Splice Boutique, we cannot refund or credit the selected cost of shipping, due to the other factors that may occur to delay an item once it has left our care.

The cost of the return freight is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent via Registered Express Post with Signature on Delivery as postage. This ensures your item is trackable and secure. Lost or Damaged returned parcels are not the responsibility of Splice Boutique.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request a return or exchange, please log in to your Splice Boutique account and select 'My Returns' on the menu. Select 'Request A Return', in the top right-hand corner, select the order that your requested return item relates to and select your item. Complete the form and select 'Submit'. You will receive a confirmation email of your request. Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT

All orders are subject to availability. We will do our best to supply you with your ordered item. However, on occasion items may not be available. In this instance, we will be in touch and offer you a replacement size or refund for the unavailable item.

INTIMATES AND EARRINGS

In order to protect our customers, Splice Boutique can not accept returns (refunds or exchanges) on underwear or earrings, unless assessed as faulty.Please select your underwear and earrings carefully.

SWIMWEAR

For all swimwear, customers must first try on items wearing undergarments. If approved to return, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear. All swing tags must be in place.

e-GIFT CARDS

e-Gift Cards are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase on the Splice Boutique e-boutique. e-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and can only be used online. e-Gift Cards purchased in-store cannot be redeemed on the e-boutique. e-Gift Cards are not transferrable for cash and can not be used to make a payment on an in store lay-by. We do not offer lay-by online.

CURRENCY

All prices displayed on the e-boutique are in Australian Dollars.
